the room was clean.
i was really disappointed. the hotel had no usable fridge in the room. the coffee shops also did not open until 6am. i really wished i had a coffee pot in the room.

the ruby tower had great style. my wife and i had a good time as always. the modern and stylish room really fit our vibe. i posted it on my ig story and many followers loved the walkway to the elevator and room
the room did not include a coffee maker, an inconvenience. a microwave was also missing from the room. this really detracted from our stay

The pool area was GREAT, I spent a lot of time there. Restaurants in the hotel had AMAZING food!!! Free parking was available. I really appreciated it.
The receptionist at check in was quite rude. She needed more customer service training. I didn't receive the room I booked. The noise from the planes was BAD.

the room had a good pool view. it also featured a couch, i thought it was so cosy. the shower was quite amazing! i found lots of vanity mirrors too.
the receptionist upon check in was rude. i think she requires more training on customer service! the hotel added a $300 charge to our room for smoking, yet neither of us smoke. it made me think they do this to many guests, maybe hoping to make extra cash.
