I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The hotel has a unique rock and roll vibe that I really enjoyed, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the service wasn't what I expected, as there were several issues with room check-in and communication with the staff. The pool area was fantastic and contributed positively to my stay, but some dining options fell short in terms of service and quality, leaving me a bit disappointed.
